Who we are

and a few of our heroic qualities…

Nathan Bean actor, writer, performer, father; provokes dramatic, slow clapping with his karaoke rendition of Otis Redding’s “My Lover’s Prayer.” He’s calmer than you are, dude.

Bond Huberman writer, editor, teacher; makes comments seem funny by saying them at a higher VOLUME. Can reach things on the top shelf thanks to her very long arms.

Jessica Day writer, actor, exquisite note-taker; memorizes poetry with digital precision and can recite the same back to you with electric fervor. Her DVD collection will make you jealous.

Carrie A. Purcell poet, musician, composer, teacher; can nanny you under the table—and still be standing long enough to bake an effing delicious pie.

Bryony Thompson actor, teacher, ingénue; makes stretchy headbands by the fistful. Passionate list-maker and listener. Best hair this side of the Mississippi.

Lauren Williams dancer, actor, spoken word poet; can teach you the choreography from MJ’s “Beat It” video – right now.  Makes a delicious cosmopolitan. Will not hold back.
